What’s the difference between Express and Postal?
Express: Faster, trackable, insured, 3 delivery attempts, available in 220 countries (ideal for high-value items or time-sensitive deliveries).
Postal: More affordable, trackable, no insurance, 1 delivery attempt, longer transit time, up to 2 kg only, available in 189 countries.
What are insurable items and how much is the insurance fee?
Insurable items include high-value goods, fragile items, important documents, and handicrafts.
Insurance fee: ₱739 or 2% of declared value, whichever is higher.
What is the address correction fee?
₱672 flat fee.
What happens if there are 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts?
The shipment will be held for 10 days without disposition, then returned to sender if still unclaimed.
